Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG]; L-tyrosine; capsule casing [gelatin; colors (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, azorubine)]; extract of Paraguayan holly (Ilex paraguariensis) [4:1]; caffeine anhydrous; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate); green coffee (Coffea robusta) extract [50% ACG]; ginger root (Zingiber officinale) extract [5% Gingerols;] Cayenne pepper (Capsicum annum) extract [2% Capsaicin]; black pepper (Piper nigrum) extract [95% piperine]; maltodextrins; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); rice starch.

Directions for Use:
Take a single serving of the product - 2 capsules, wash down with 300 ml of water. Take 2 servings daily, preferably 30 minutes before meals or training. Note: The product has a strong stimulating effect, do not use before bedtime!
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product can not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and nursing women. Do not use in case of cardiovascular diseases or hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol.
