Shipping time is calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. Shipping time refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to leave our hands. We usually ship items within 1-3 working days. Shipping time depends on the hour the order was made.
If we have some additional questions to customer that ensure we are sending correct item for his vehicle, the shipping time may increase. In the case of major holidays such as Christmas and Easter, please allow extra time. During those special occasions we will provide notices to reflect possible delays.
2. Information about Delivery
Delivery time is calculated in working days from Monday to Friday. Delivery time refer to the estimated time it takes for packages to be delivered to a customer. The delivery time can be impacted by many factors beyond our control. We cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible. We are able to send your order either to you home or to your work place. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses. We cannot change your delivery address once a package has been shipped. We are not liable for packages lost due to incomplete or inaccurate addresses. If a delivery fails for any reason and the delivery address matches the address provided by the customer, we cannot be held liable if a package is returned.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment.
3. Shipping costs and expected delivery time
We offer a various range of delivery options - from Economy to Priority express delivery options.
Shipping cost depends on multiple factors like delivery country, location (based on the postal code), dimensions and weight of the parcel. TO check the exact cost of shipping to your location please add a desired item or items to the cart, then go the checkout page, select the country to which you want to ship the order and enter postal code of the destination address. The delivery methods will automatically update and show you the correct shipping cost for your order.
Estimated delivery time depends on the delivery method you select. Each delivery method shows estimated delivery time.
4. Information about customs fee and tax
Customers are solely responsible for complying with their local laws. We cannot be held responsible for any package that does not make it through the local customs office and is destroyed due to the item being illegal in the destination country. We can also not be held responsible for any import tax that may occur and it is the customers sole responsibility to pay this fee, if any. Kindly note that shipping insurance does not cover any customs issues, including but not limited to, goods being destroyed or confiscated due to their illegal status in any given destination country. Should the buyer refuse the package due to import duties or taxes, the buyer takes full liability for all the costs involved in the customs process.
