Green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) [55% EGCG]; L-tyrosine; capsule shell [gelatin; dyes (titanium dioxide, iron oxides and hydroxides, azorubin)]; Paraguayan holly extract (Ilex paraguariensis) [4:1]; caffeine anhydrous; pantothenic acid (calcium D-pantothenate ); green coffee extract (Coffea robusta) [50% ACG]; ginger root extract (Zingiber officinale) [5% Gingerols]; cayenne pepper extract(Capsicum annum) [2% Capsaicin]; black pepper extract (Piper nigrum) [95% piperine]; maltodextrin; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); rice starch.

How to use:
A single serving of the preparation – 2 capsules – wash down with 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings a day, preferably 30 minutes before a meal or workout. Attention! The product has a strong stimulant effect, do not use before bedtime!
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose . The product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The product is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. Do not use in case of cardiovascular disease or hypersensitivity to caffeine. Do not combine with alcohol.
